I am conducting research for my doctoral dissertation examining how one’s family of origin affects attitudes and comfort level about social interaction. All adults (18 years and older) are very welcome to participate! Strict confidentiality is maintained.

Asian/Asian Americans adults (18 years and older) are particularly encouraged to participate, as there has been little research about how cultural background influences interaction with others in this fast-growing minority.

By understanding these factors more, this study hopes to help children and adults from different backgrounds become more comfortable in social interactions with others.
